How's The weather ?

I read the book How's The weather? It was very interesting,
it tell us about Earth's atmosphere and the weather conditions that occur there.
There is a complex relation ship between water ,
air and heat from the sun what cause the change of the weather .
And also how the scientists can often forecast tomorrow's weather.
How the weather will be in the next day ,to know for
example what we need to wear and we can also use barometers to do that.
